The high-speed electrified railway extensively adopts the flexible integral dropper with a current carrying ring. This type of suspension wire has the obvious advantages of large load, strong diversion ability and non-flammable. Material of the clampe body is CuNi2Si, material of drooer hanging wire is JTMH10 copper-magnesium alloy strands. Elliptical crimp connection is used between the clamp, the clamp tube and the string. The rigid overall dropper adopts the structure of "contact wire side crimping + phosphor bronze rod + insulating sheath", and the unique unloading method can suppress the formation of resonance wave.
